Everything was really good. The socks were okay, even though I think it is basically just the same as SuperPark socks or Bounce socks. It's really just a way to make more money. Besides the socks, this was definitely one of the best days of my life.
My daughter had her birthday party there. I asked questions/made requests via facebook message/email and the response was very quick. Ryze staffs, including the one at check in desk and the one in charge at party deck were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to my friend if they want to hold a party for their kids. All kids coming to the party had a lot of fun! Thanks!

Ryze Rises to the Occasion!
Had a blast bouncing around Ryze for 90 minutes with my family (6 kids ages 2 to 14). Staff was helpful and friendly, the facility was impeccably clean and safe, and it had something for everyone. 2 floors of fun. We went around 10 AM on a Thursday and it wasn't crowded at all. We had a blast on the ninja warrior floor. We will be back.
The only small complaint is that they don't accept non-slip socks from other trampoline parks, so you have to buy their $30 HKD ones.
Fun, fun, fun! Plenty of space and full of activities. There weren’t that many people when we visited so we really enjoyed the space. Though I would say a few corners seem a little unsafe for young kids, but with supervision, should be fine
Fun place to bounce around but a bit pricey for wh

I’ve been to Ryze twice. I paid a total of $180 HKD to jump in their gym for an hour. It’s $150 for an hours pass but they make you pay an extra $30 for their own custom socks. They didn’t used to make people pay for the extra socks so it was obvious they needed the extra cash flow.
But the gym itself is fun. There’s plenty of space to bounce between trampolines. There’s also obstacle courses, tight ropes, ramps to run on and foam pits so you can jump off a trampoline and do flips, somersaults off of them.
The staff are ok, there are plenty of them around to make sure people are playing safe.
This place is suitable for both adults and children but naturally the crowd is different depending on the time. I went at 11am today and there were so many kids. The other time I went it was after work around 7pm and it was mostly adults or young teens.
