The owner was originally a Coffee Lover. The wish was to present the coffee style he loved and found a well -known person with a taste, so he specially found local coffee roasters, with Brazil, Colombia, and Sida 3 kinds of coffee beans. It matches its House Blend, and brings out its unique sweetness and floral fragrance with light baking techniques. The layered sense is full. This cup of coffee is definitely worth trying.

值得一提嘅係，老闆好nice! 佢哋喺芬蘭旅行嘅時候，專登帶咗啲薑餅返嚟請客人食，好warm 呀
Good 家姐話呢度好多黃店，但可能因為位於工廠區，大多做到下晝6-7點就閂門，好難得約到星期六黎搵下野食。
行行下黎左二座二樓大堂（匯豐旁），見到呢間有D似連鎖Coffee Shop既Cafe就決定食呢間。
星期六佢係放Weekend Special Menu（無影到
），我同家姐分別叫左白汁吞拿魚牛角包同碎蛋沙律牛角包。首先黎到既係兩杯飲品。家姐話Green Tea Latte偏茶一D，我無試，本身唔太好
，而Caramel Latte好似都只係加十蛟左右（唔太記得實際價錢，冇影Menu......但以呢個價錢黎講，個SIZE好抵，唔落糖亦可以。
