(Login Required) Good 全新、免費又好玩的設施，當然吸引了不少人來啦。所以如果想來玩，就要真的要有心理準備要提前排隊拿籌呀！因為康文署豁下的兒童樂場是採取先到先得制，而且每節限制了人數進入（荃灣體育館限制：30人），所以如果想過來玩，建議要在派籌之前，預計至少30分鐘前來排隊呀！
我們去了附近的商場吃完下午茶後就去排隊了，由於剛開幕的關係，我們16:15左右來到，約17:00拿到籌後便可以離開一下，直至17:30時段準時回去玩，所以趁中間的空檔時間，我們就在體育館裏周圍參觀及逛逛了。
時間到了，我們準時回去準備入場，入場時，需要除鞋及穿襪子方可進內。所以提提大家，記得要穿襪子喔！雖然是免費遊戲室，但這裡遊樂設施很好玩，有雙層攀爬架迷宮、機關及滑梯，而且更設有小小孩玩樂區，安全度亦高！
如玩完每節45分鐘的兒童遊戲室略嫌不夠的話，亦可以到體育館對出的荃灣公園繼續放電。荃灣公園的遊樂場都是海洋為主題。
總結：全新的荃灣體育館，是區內首間康文署轄下的兒童遊戲室，附近交通及配套算是不錯，因為體育館距離西鐵荃灣西站D出口只有數分鐘路程，而且對出就是荃灣公園及海旁。另外，附近更有多個購物商場（步行約10-15分鐘）。唯一美中不足之處是排隊輪候時間非常需時！（應該是康文署大部分免費遊戲室的通病吧！）
